SendNomad (https://www.sendnomad.com) is looking for a Business Development Manager. The right person is an excellent communicator, a quick learner, a self-starter, and good at juggling many projects at once with great attention to detail.

What you'll do:

Market research projects, and Business Development
Work closely with Marketing team: to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials & to ensure that campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy and goals
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of market changes
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Content creation: work closely with the team to identify key content topics.
Write and edit high-quality content that is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines
Experience with programs such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush is preferred.
Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Russian
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
1-2 years experience in account management or business development
Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
A startup mindset; highly resilient, flexible, and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
