Main responsibilities:
- conducting of the process control from the control panel in accordance with regulations and production instructions with the purpose of getting products, conforming to the established norms;

Delayed coking process unit operator of the 6th grade (senior).
Company: “Rosneft – Komsomolsk Oil Refinery” Limited, Komsomolsk-on-Amur
Position: Delayed coking process unit operator of the 6th grade (senior). In connection with the fact, that the unit was at the start-up and adjustment stage, I was employed per the 5th grade tariff rate till the official commissioning.
In connection with official commissioning of the delayed coking unit, from 13.04.2011 I was again assigned a title of process units operator of the 6thgrade( senior). I directly supervise a team consisting of 13 people (11 operators and 2 machinists of process pumps and compressors).
The delayed coking unit is the largest in the Far East in terms of the equipment quantity, volume and complexity. It includes: more than 120 pumps (including operating and reserve); 10 units of column equipment (K101 tar raw feedstock distillation column; K102, 103 gas oil strippers; K104 deethanizing column; K105 absorber for C1-C2 fraction fuel gas dehydration from liquid hydrocarbon; K106 absorber for C1-C2 fraction fuel gas cleaning from sulfur compounds; K107 debutanizing column; K108 scrubber for C3-C4 fraction liquified gas cleaning from sulfur compounds; K109depropanizing column for C3-C4 fraction separation into commercial propane (C3) and butane (C4); K110 blow-down column. Also the unit includes two coke drums; hydro cutting system (removal by water) of the coke from drums by means of a N125 high-pressure pump; water treatment and deaeration system; chemical plant; flare system; 1 and 2 system water cooling block, and furnace block.

Main responsibilities:
- Taking part in construction and start-up and commissioning, including:
- equipment acceptance, its pneumatic and hydraulic tests, internal and external inspection;
- piping pressuring;
- cleaning, blow-down of devices and piping;
- equipment commissioning;
- trouble shooting;
- mechanical works on flange connections repacking;
- employed personnel managing, tutoring activity.
I was engaged in drawing up of documentation for devices (technical certificates for vessels and piping, operated under pressure), including graphic part (connection schemes and drawings), manually and using graphic design and modeling programs. I maintained control and estimation documentation on construction works.

- I called on the team members to strictly observe requirements and regulations of fire safety, prevention of gas explosions, labor protection, sanitary norms and regulations, requirements of environment control.
I underwent the 3-month training on the delayed coking unit of Angarsk oil and gas enterprise, got acquainted with main process sections control.

Achievements: I improved the level of my professional skills, familiarized with the 4th for my practice processing unit (3 of which I knew from the construction stage, and during 5 months I was acting the chief of the last but one). I strenuously study English during last 10 months, in one of the best English language schools of our city. Now I know more 1500 words.

Acting chief of the ELOU-AVT-3 processing unit (oil primary processing).
Main responsibilities:
I provided:
- performing of the unit production program according to all the technical and economic indicators, improvement of the output products quality,
- took part in final stages of the unit modernization for oil productivity improvement from 3 mln. tons a year to 5 mln. tons a year;
- prepared the unit for total overhaul, led the unit out to estimate indicators after its successful finishing;
- ensuring the unit failure-proof operation, personal control of process operations of the unit commissioning, when activating separate sections, when preparing for repair and its conduction;
- ensuring of safe performance of works, observing of the established norms of technological process maintaining, correct operation of equipment, fittings, devices, tools, communications, buildings and facilities;
- timely performing of technical inspection, revision, replacement, if necessary, of devices, fittings, safety appliances and anticrash devices, systems of signalization, fire fighting, equipment and piping.

I have experience of work with pumping and compression equipment, heat exchanging devices, shut-off and control valves, air cooling units, reaction vessels, vertical vessels, low and high pressure separators, capacities, vacuum-creating equipment.

I checked every day correct shifts acceptance and delivery by production personnel. I reviewed the records in shift logbooks, as well in the logbook of labor conditions, fire safety and industrial health checking. Ensured elimination of drawbacks. Performed personnel arrangement on work places.
I gave instructions concerning technological process maintaining, orders to the process unit operator of 6th grade (senior) concerning changing quantity and quality of output products within the established production plan.
I timely informed the unit team of the production plans, orders and checked their fulfilling. Kept quantitative records of products and reagents being in use. I sought reduction of fuel, vapor, electric power, water and reagents consumption, reduction of lost products. I also checked strict observance of established order of preparation and conducting hot and gas dangerous works, equipment, devices, fittings and communications cleaning, repair, commissioning.
I fulfilled necessary measures for preparation and conduction of repair (took part in drawing up of defect records, technical documentation, requests for materials), performed preparation of the unit for repair works, accepted the unit after repair and commissioned it.
In emergency conditions I made decisions of full or partial unit shutdown, if further operation was dangerous for personnel or for equipment, with mandatory notification of line management.

Achievements: I improved the level of my professional skills, got experience of personnel and production management. I conducted management of 40 persons staff. For the period of working as the unit chief I many times confronted different emergency conditions, which were successfully resolved together with production personnel. I constantly improved my qualification, conducted personnel production and theoretical training, was a tutor for newcomers.

In 2006 I took the premier place at the enterprise in the review competition “The best in profession” in nomination “Processing units operator”, conducted at Komsomolsk Oil Refinery, then I took part in all-Russian competition among Rosneft enterprises, conducted in Tuapse. In 2007 I took part in review competition “The best in profession” in nomination “Processing units operator”, conducted at Komsomolsk Oil Refinery, where I took the second place. In 2008 I was favored with a premium according to the results of the labor protection and industrial safety competition. In 2008 I was awarded a title of “Russian honorable donor”, having donated the blood and its components more than 60 times. Under my direct training, for this period, three operators of the 5th grade have improved their level of qualification up to the 6th grade (senior).
During this period from the 1st of April 2006 till the 1st of July 2006, in connection with production needs I was acting a sulfur production unit operator of the 6th grade.
