Implemented the safety and environmental-protection policy of the Company, motivated crew in the observation of that policy, periodically reviewing the safety management system and reporting its deficiencies to the Company’s QHSE Department . Trained the crew members of the Company’s vessels according to Company’s Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management System.

Trained of the Deck Officers and Masters on Transas Navi -Trainer Pro 5000 simulator. Conducted training and issued Certificates of the Equipment Specific ECDIS Navi - Sailor 4000. Evaluated and tested newcomers crew members. Conducted Internal ISM & ISPS Audits of the Company’s vessels. Conducted MLC-2006 Internal Audit of the Manning Agency. Engaged as crew manager.
